I LOVE it, aaahhh- I've been referring to this in an RP I do because while I like his virus form, SHARK VOX IS SUPERIOR
I can see one time where Vox struggles to behave, they're so pretty on him, and Alastor takes it upon him to make. Him. SUFFER.
They -will- be destroyed. Just need to get him to cave first, silly picture box. π
HAHA I literally shouted this out loud when I clicked the top post and here this is!
Gorgeous stuff!
...Hooogh... season 3's gonna hurt us reeeal bad, isn't it...?
The look screams, "...I know what you are."
forearms... π©
People are SO FAST...
I laugh SO hard at the combination of Vox's face and the "YES HE DOES"
Im prepared for it not to be the case that Vox pulls alastor back to whatever brink his path leads to, i just think it would be really powerful for THE person who Alastor did EVERYTHING in his power to push away absolutely fucking refused to, because he now understands why Al does these things
I'm going to do everything in my power to hope and wish and manifest this. It would be absolutely incredible.
Gotta love a man whose waist is tiny enough for the GRABBIN'.
HAH, I use a Lucifer avatar and it's exactly like this when I hang out with my friends and do karaoke nights on saturdays. There's also lots of pat-pats on my head.
wait hold up hold up they're so pretty in your style too AAHHHH π© I WASN'T READY
Vincent was doomed from the start...

I've written so many little shortfics of Luci-Lilith-Eve threeways while Adam just cockblocks himself...
Soft.... I love it... π₯Ί
If you listen to his part in Vox Populi on youtube, you can hear the monsterous, growling inflection building in his voice as he goes. He's hyping himself. He's getting more into it. The confidence builds. I wish you could pick up more of it in the show itself but it was a touch I noticed and loved.
What gets me is, if you watch this after S2, knowing he can't harm sinners... can you imagine the VIOLENT EUPHORIA he felt knowing he can kick Adam's candy ass??
I SAT UP in my chair like 'more monster-voice lines in S3 please!!'
A beautiful trash man in stereo.
I mean, we had exterminators being hazed and beaten in Vaggi's brief flashback, and I get the feeling it was NOT just because it was Adam and Lute. There is something militant we are -not- seeing.
I'm am SO ready to see all the worms and bugs under the proverbial log. We've only seen Hell's so far.
Then you have Lucifer talking about how there are lots of rules and a lack of open-mindedness. If he was flying around being a silly guy and shooting fireworks, that seems PERFECT for how shiny and candy-like Heaven is, yet he was a troublemaker to the elders? How?
SO dystopian!! I've seen so many people going ooh golly wow when we finally see Heaven in 'Nobody Like You', but my skin kept CRAWLING with how... sterile and infantilizing it is. Like it's built to keep people almost child-like and happy, which creeps me out beyond belief. The "Good Place".
I just feel like there's too much to explore with Alastor's character to just stick him there and be done.
Oh my god, this is so precious...
I want this, too. I feel like that Royal Executioner thing some people are going gaga is so gross to me because I'd like for the black character NOT to end his story as a servant to a powerful family? Miss me with that nonsense.
They want their "yes, sire" regency era shtick and it gives me ick.
Oh my LORDT the speed with which I choked on my tea
...Ah, right- and one of my FAAAVORITE posts in social media, especially bluesky here, is when someone makes a long thread analyzing a character that they're passionate about. The little lines, the body language, everything. I'm in rapt attention pouring tea like, "Go off, bestie, I'm listening."
Which leads me to being a little bummed when characters get pigeonholed by folks and some don't seem to really budge from this assessment. Like, hey, how about wait for more of the story before you count them out? Let the writers cook.
Or, I dunno, write fanfiction. I'm not your dad.
