I actually love to try projects with a new skill. There’s never a need to get in a boring rut with knitting.

Splitty yarn is so annoying.

I see a blue ribbon in your future.

It is gorgeous. And your second time knitting cables? What? You do like to push yourself. The lucky recipient will love it.

A great cause. And they make great portable projects.

A file cabinet? Can separate by age, and project type, jumper/sweater vs shawl, blanket. With all your patterns I think binders would get too unwieldy.

I have projects planned w similar fibers & I’ve carried them in the past and was thinking “I should wind them together” I feel lucky to have benefitted from your experience finding out why we don’t. I think you have to frog your piece or cut the working yarn & get a second person for extra hands.

Sounds like all the ingredients one needs for a knitting tour. That and a pair of stretchy pants for the ride home. 😋
