Trump’s DOJ is still concealing Epstein documents pertaining to the accusation that he battered and sexually assaulted a teenager. But FBI files are FOIA-able, and in this case the EFTA should supersede FOIA privacy exceptions other than to protect the accuser’s identity. So I’m giving it a shot.
