ChatGPT
I just think the point of going to university is decreasing.
Like I legit am learning on hand guide to large language models, some complex shit> what do I do?
I just open ChatGPT advanced voice mode and turn on camera to ask questions while reading.
Who needs a university, a real question?

Feeling like a full-time app juggler?
Clients in one app, invoices in another, schedules all over the placeβ¦
Why does it have to be this complicated?
What if there was a way to simplify the chaos?

I donβt have all the answers, but hereβs what Iβm focusing on:
Can I solve a real problem better than anyone else?
Can I build systems that make small businesses say, βFinally, this just worksβ?
Trust is the hardest part.
- I talk to small businesses every day.
- They donβt care about buzzwords.
- They care about simplicity.
AI feels like the answer, but only if we think bigger.
- Throwing another tool at the problem wonβt help.
- Small businesses donβt want to manage more software. They need integration. - They need workflows that feel effortless.
The "messy inbox problem" isnβt just emailsβitβs workflows.
- Disorganized emails are just the start.
- Small businesses are buried in unstructured workflows:
- Leads in one tool. Scheduling in another. Invoices handled separately. None of it talks to each other.
Let me break it down:
1. Small businesses are drowning in disconnected tools.
- At Upper Route Planner, Iβve seen this up close.
- One of our customers had three phones just to handle a single routing issue.
Reading this article by Andreessen Horowitz, I feel excitedβand honestly, a little overwhelmed.
The potential is massive, but the challenges feel even bigger.
If youβre building for small businesses in 2025, youβve probably felt this too.

Take Dot, for example: it doesnβt just remind you to grab lunch; it asks about your week, checks in on your plans, and follows through.
It feels personal. It feels human. Thatβs how trust is earned.
Build relationships, not just tools.
Where to build audience?
- X or Twitter- just no words to describe it, saturated, tons of content and not sure where to start describing it
- LinkedIn- people usually just react to βhappy to shareβ β10 lessons I haveβ
- YouTube or Meta ecosystem- people interested in only short formed content
3. Efficiency: This approach can lead to better results without needing to invest heavily in training larger models, which can be costly and time-consuming.
