Rejoining the EU is a long process but consistent polling shows a growing majority regretting Brexit and the positive comments from leaders within the EU make it a ‘when’ not ‘if’. We do however need a government that actively wants this and that’s not Labour.

Absolutely this. Heading north from the ferry towards N Tyneside and N’land (NCN10) you meet these 2 underpasses within minutes.

It’s great to celebrate the upgrades on the seafront and the C2C but it also highlights just how terrible the rest of our ‘network’ is.
