What do you do for shoulders that doesn’t require equipment?

I’m pretty skinny, but I think reps like this work a specific part of your arms and if you keep your elbows in they work your biceps more? Am I mistaken that there are different types of pushups or do they all work the same? I feel like it’s harder to keep them in.
