Kagamine Len, based off of art by Kei of an early Len design. His hair, rather than in a ponytail, is spiked up to one side, and he has smaller eyes that are further apart, a long neck, and a thin headband. Everyone in that city speaks a sign language as a first language, regardless of whether or not they are mute, and if they do talk, they speak in hushed whispers;
