"Unlike Netflix’s bid, Paramount wants all of Warner’s operations, including networks like CNN and Discovery.
That would put CNN under the same roof as Paramount’s CBS and combine two of Hollywood’s last five remaining studios."
There was also a request made to postpone's tonight's public meeting since electricity issues lingered longer for some folks in southern parts of the state. PSC said, apparently, the show must go on.

In a response to questions posed about the orders last week, the refinery responded today to say all repairs to the CO boiler (the culprit of many of the emissions cited here) were completed in June 2025.
