The Nightmare Kingdom Key included extra detailing on the edges to get it to pop right with that intense, oily black color at work.

So Unlocker Swords I made for quick fun. They come in Classic, Extra Dark, and Nightmare Cherry flavors.
Instead of accuracy, I focused on making them feel comfy visually.

Perhaps my favorite part of its design is the addition of the classic vpet monster face from the logo. Not enough things use that.

The G-Shift Digivice, Commissioned by King-Omi.
This sporty thing can flip out a handle and power up your monster like revving up a motorcycle. Really fun concept to work on!

This was an experiment... the swords aren't so much the point as how few steps were required to make these. Blades, especially complex shapes like these subtle curves, were a challenge in this program for a long time. It's nice to feel the change.

Hornet was surprisingly challenging for such a simple character, with so much of her personality being in her dynamic poses and cloak movement.
Hopefully her diving pose doesn't bring back too much PTSD for people.

The Unique Emblems of the Digimon Liberators crew represent a step up in power... first it enables "Rewrite" which is their version of "heart of the cards" or "cheating" as that translates to, and also typically enables the appearance of their partner digimons peak evolution, so it's very close in nature to the original crests purpose. I added Unchaineds mark that floats behind their head since it resembles a unique emblem, and he can do similar things. Some of these were not named as of this post, so I did my best to follow the schema when naming them myself, typically based on the users TCG deck and style.

Meme crests, dunno what to tell you. Omega is the mark seen on Omegamon's chest, and Digimental is the unnamed macguffin in V-Tamers that allows the Super Ultimate forms of Arkadimon and Ulforce Veedramon Future Mode. I suppose it is the "UlForce" Digimental, but that has never been confirmed or even suggested.

The original crests as seen in Digimon Adventures, seasons 1 and 2. While Miracles and Destiny were never given these, merch often includes them, and Kindness canonically suggests the existence of a crest.

The elements of Frontiers are the closest thing we have to crests, and they make fantastic marks in this context.

For every light exists a shadow, and supposedly these marks embody the opposite of the 7 holy digimon. Plus everyone loves the edginess of embodying a sin.

I remastered my Digimon Crests with new techniques and the addition of the Liberators Unique Emblems.
No I will not explain the Ghost Game crests.

ZA's reveal of Mega Dragonite was a bit of a letdown for me.

I tried making a redesign that I felt gave him more dignity without deviating too much from the concept.

An old fan like me cannot help but still see him as the Old King of Pokemon.

This is really cool. The ear-tenna are a great touch. As a suggestion to make it look more sad, make the halfmoon cut to the eyes circle curve upward rather than downward. This makes him look more frustrated than sad.

I've planned to do these for a long time, but now I finally have. The Armor Digieggs, or Digimentals, were a part of what was my favorite season of Digimon and are still every bit as iconic as back in those days.

I've seen models of these guys before, but getting the proportions feeling right always seems to be a challenge. Zakubon here is almost as cute as he is menacing. The crystallized fossil reaverbot implies a funny thing about the molecular structure of these machines, as if they're not made of metal like they appear to be... I wanted to immortalize both in my methods. I love how the circuits shift in visibility depending on the angle you view them at.

The Zakubon... the earliest reaverbot you encounter. I've always had a fascination with these bizarre machines, especially the on that somehow fossilized into crystal. They hold much of the series mystery...

What better way to get on the road towards danger and riches? Apparently there's a very real vehicle that looks like this, and helped inspire its design.

Tragically never finished, there was many questions about why the land masses had those strange holes in them. What created them...?

It was short lived, but I'll never forget the silly fun we had. This model comes from a Megaman Legends inspired world. I hope you enjoy this bizarre mashup between a digger truck and old Voltswagens.

So I chose Courage, Friendship, Knowledge, Hope, and Kindness to be the 5 keys that would save the digital world. It felt the most well-rounded and gives Kindness a chance to shine. Sadly, Courage chickened out at first, and they couldn't defeat the digimon demon lord. Like the glass insets of the original 7 (8) crests, I made the inner part of the keys a glass/crystal with the crests floating inset into the glass itself, shining with it's mysterious power. If you tilt the models, you can see the depth of the insets.

The Digi-keys... I am a sucker for all things "Crests" and Digimon -Get Back- introduced the 5 Crest Keys to the canon.
They never confirm any but the Courage Key, but I opted for the most well-rounded set for young heroes I could.

I really wanted to recapture the glossy sheen of the pokedexs silvery emblem. It was a mark iconic of the entire pokemon industry throughout ET's version of Kanto.

This pokedex build has been one living in my mind for a long time and bringing it to life again to admire has been a real pleasure. I hope those of you who remember it will enjoy the nostalgia.
