Toward the end they didn’t want to pay the company the license for this software called intrepid so techs were literally stealing it from the reps that came out to assist with the cars (the license keys were on flash drives and they were just swiping them.

I left shortly after that time.

The issue was primarily that Henrick Fisker was trying to do everything on the cheap. They bought an EV platform from another company and then threw the shell of a car on there. They owned nothing, not the factory, not the IP that went into the car, or the software it ran on.

I was gonna be like “ohmygod kids with critical thinking skills”

My god. What a shitshow company. The shoved me out to deliver a couple of cars a few times and I felt so so bad. Like these people were so excited and I knew these cars were just…shit.

We could barely keep them alive on the lot…

If a game runs at a *stable* 24 or 30fps it’s less awful than it being choppy.

At least, like OP said, you can get used to a steady low fps, but if it’s tanking every time you turn a corner, nah. Trash 🤣
