Now that the live festival is wrapped we have the bandwidth to work on the virtual one. Definitely want to include a tea pet and license in the festival-in-a-box!
We had lovely weather for the fourth Cascadia Tea Festival and a great time sharing tea with the community. A lot of fun tea education sessions, tea tastings, crafts, and awesome local tea businesses. The department of tea pet licensing was open to certify new teapet owners.

Session Overview:
Tea comes in thousands of different forms, from the ground green matcha of Japan to the dark aged teas of Yunnan. This presentation explores the variations of world tea and tea cultures, focusing on the six families of orthodox teas as known in Chinese tea culture.
We open at 1:45pm and our program starts at 2pm on Six Kinds of Orthodox Chinese Tea with Charles Dawson (Whatcom TEA) followed by tea tastings at several tea tasting tables.
