Coming to terms with the borderline diagnosis is honestly a very heavy weight on me. It feels like I'm surprising a monster that's waiting from within, trying to break free to cause emotional pain and distress. It makes me understand why people say it's better to cut bpd people from your life 😞

Losing a full size of pants in half a year, even if it's not as much , it's such a big win for me. Down around 13kg since March and not close to the goal yet!

Last Saturday I spent the entire day over at @bsgmarathon.com and it's been an immense joy. Such a wonderful community with kind and caring folks. It's been a absolute blessing to be part of the Marketing team and help out behind the scenes.

I want to help others that went through the same to find understanding and feel the strength to keep going. Also for employees to give people a chance and safe environment. Im happy to expose myself and suffer for 10 minutes. Knowing it will help others is what's more important. I'll be okay.

Tomorrow I will host a presentation for my entirely faculty support department, telling the story about my mental recovery journey from suicidal all the way back into the 'professional' work environment. Absolutely horrified, but breaking mental health stigma's is very important.

This is quite the adventure so far
