I want to help others that went through the same to find understanding and feel the strength to keep going. Also for employees to give people a chance and safe environment. Im happy to expose myself and suffer for 10 minutes. Knowing it will help others is what's more important. I'll be okay.

Tomorrow I will host a presentation for my entirely faculty support department, telling the story about my mental recovery journey from suicidal all the way back into the 'professional' work environment. Absolutely horrified, but breaking mental health stigma's is very important.

Spent the past days playing through Warcraft Remastered! Great game, but my lord some campaign levels are brutally difficult. Almost finished it, only 3 more levels to go in the human campaign and moving onto Warcraft 2 \o/
