how it feels to show your ocs who are a little fucked up to your friends

IMO one of the biggest hurdles for games as an artistic medium is their over-reliance on combat as a core mechanic.

Saying this as a guy who enjoys a good combat system, but it's emotionally numbing and severely limits a game's narrative scope.

Sometimes a thought sticks in your creative craw so hard you can't do anything else until you get it out.

For me, the ideal narrative game is one where playing from start to finish once gives you a complete and satisfying narrative, but if you want to dig deeper, there's plenty of room for further exploration when you replay it.
