09.07.2025 14:42 β π 180 π 36 π¬ 2 π 7After 20+ years of living on various hard drives and cloud servers, I finally deleted the goofy (and honestly, kinda problematic) music I made as a goof in college and post-college. Partially because of those problematic elements, and partially because I was tired of it coming up on shuffle.

02.07.2025 18:40 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0This is exactly how librarians have been blamed for cuts to library budgets for decades. "You didn't do enough to communicate your value." What that really means is "you don't make any profit, and profit is the only legitimate value an organization can produce."

09.06.2025 00:55 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0I donβt think anyone would say these are classic issues by any definition (and that Amazing Spider-Man is probably notorious for being part of one of the worst storylines ever), but it was still worth it for me to indulge in the nostalgia (and see some of the old ads!) almost 30-something years on.

Iβve been a comics fan for a long time, but for a long time, βcomicsβ meant graphic novels and trade paperback collections of comic book issues. Iβve recently gotten back into collecting them again, and one of the first things I did was buy the first comics I could remember reading as a kid. (con)

I canβt vouch for how well it was done, but that it was done at all in the 90s, and it reached me in a smalltown Ohio (c)
25.05.2025 23:16 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0As an aside, I had totally forgotten that Peter David had written a series of Star Trek novels set outside of the usual tv series/movie characters.
