i knew going into the year that she is a very “my way or no way” kind of person which like. i can work with that that’s fine. unfortunately her way keeps changing and you can’t keep up, so you can never please her
she keeps throwing us under the bus when she’s talking about issues in the classroom. like she says we’re the only ones who have issues with the students. and you know why? because we actually work with them. unlike her. she’s always finding something else to do or sitting on her phone instead
like i know i’m just a paraprofessional and don’t have the certification she has, but she treats us like scum. and the worst part is, all of us paras in the room are more competent than her
i don’t talk about work on here because i work with kids so i keep that stuff private. but what i *am* going to talk about is how much i hate working with the fucking teacher.
