The trend I've seen a lot from other Millennials is a lot of optimism for Gen Z, even after a good number of Gen Z joined Boomers in shitting on our generation lol

Seeing younger Gen Z scrap with shitty conservative influencers that try to crash high school protests keeps that optimism alive for me

I find it says a lot about people when they'll ignore important things like "are they sapient? Are they able to communicate? Is there consent?" and instead focus entirely on "is it quadrupedal?"

It's fine to not be into it, but poorly justified moral outrage is dumb

Sometimes I want to chat about non-horny things but I hate doing it here because I always seem to end up on the feeds of people who look like they do *not* interact with porn accounts like mine

But in theory I should have more energy once I get in better shape, and hopefully it will at least be enough to maintain any active habits I'm trying to start (like daily walks, gym days, etc)

Just to clarify, it's not physical burnout I'm worried about because I'm pretty good at knowing my body's limits and taking it slow, it's mental burnout

Already I struggle to juggle my priorities and responsibilities in life without my brain shutting down, so adding to that is hard

My long-overdue goal at 40 is to get myself out of a "sedentary" activity level. Treadmill at home and gym a couple days a week to at least hit the bare minimum activity level needed for my health

Doing this without hitting burnout will be the real challenge <<
