If it helps, I have to focus up and commit what I'm looking at to memory to do it. And it's unreliable when I'm stressed, or have other things demanding focus. I developed it over time, as my life got gradually better!

30 is the new 20. My life didn't remotely start coming together until then. TBH the person I was in my 20s is unrecognizable in so many ways.
