I contacted them before I made the stream, at least 24 hours before so, I felt it was important to say something though.

An anti-lgbtq rhetoric vtuber being brought on as an Early Access streamer. I couldn't stand by and say nothing. ^^

As for me, my stance is unwavering. I stand for love, for acceptance, and for a community where everyone can be safe to be their authentic selves. I will not, and cannot, stand for anything less.

I still want to believe it can be that. But a community is defined by what it stands for, and more importantly, what it will not stand for. My hope is that IRIAM remembers its responsibility not just as a company, but as the custodian of a community it encouraged us all to build.

To be a truly inclusive community means we must be exclusive of ideologies that wish to harm its members.

I have always seen IRIAM as a phenomenal place, a space for creativity, connection, and joy.

True kindness, the kind the Doctor spoke of, is not passive. It does not stand silently by in the face of intolerance. It does not make excuses for hate. True kindness protects the vulnerable. It builds walls to keep out bigotry, not to trap people inside with it.

the formation of groups that have literally platformed individuals with Nazi inspired personas and aesthetics. When you fail to stand against one form of hate, you open the door for all of them.

It’s the same environment where support for Palestinian human rights is silenced, while genuinely hateful ideologies are protected under the guise of "free speech." We have seen the horrifying conclusion of this trend in the vtubing space:

And this isn't just about my identity. This incident is a symptom of a larger sickness spreading through the online world. The passive acceptance of anti-lgbtq rhetoric is the same complicity that allows antisemitism to fester and racial bigotry to go unchallenged.

I have worked for so many months to build my platform, and I have deliberately kept it a positive, apolitical space. But this isn't about politics; this is about fundamental human decency. I am using the platform I earned to say that this is not right. Enough is enough.

This is my stance on a matter that means the world to me. As a queer individual, with people in my life I care for deeply who are trans, and with neighbors affected by the actions of groups like ICE, I must speak.

This isn't a callout post, and I will not be naming names. This is not a dossier of drama.

I am wholeheartedly in favor of Christian vtubers, Jewish vtubers, Muslim vtubers, and creators of every faith and creed sharing their joy on this platform. What I am not for, and will never be for,

My personal philosophy has always been simple. Live and let live. I believe everyone's beliefs should be respected, with one crucial condition: so long as those beliefs do not bring harm to themselves or to anyone else.

it tells me, and people like me, that our safety and our dignity are negotiable. It tells us that our presence is valued less than the potential engagement that controversy might bring.

Let me be unequivocally clear: as a queer lesbian woman, my existence is not a matter of opinion or controversy. It is a fact. My love is not a debate topic. It is real. When a platform I have called home welcomes someone who espouses anti-lgbtq and racist views,

As someone who advertises IRIAM across my other streaming platforms who proudly puts the logo on my own merchandise simply because I believed in this community it wounds me that space is now being given to an individual whose brand is built on exclusion and hate, thinly veiled as Christian beliefs.

The motivation, from my perspective, seems grimly simple: a belief that controversy and outrage are the most profitable paths forward.

As someone who has poured my soul into this platform for 246 consecutive days, this is a betrayal.

We're seeing a rise in a certain kind of content, content that prioritizes shock value over substance, that seeks to create division by making people uncomfortable. Instead of lifting others up, this approach breaks people down for a fleeting moment of clout or to appeal to a "based" audience.

It is a quote he uses when talking to his future self, a guiding light for going forward. I truly believe it applies to us all, especially now.

IRIAM is growing, and the vtubing community is changing with it.

But its focus is always on making the world a better, safer place for everyone. One of my favorite quotes on kindness comes from a silly little show many of you may know, Doctor Who.

“Remember, hate is always foolish, and love is always wise. Always try to be nice, but never fail to be kind...”

Let’s remember something before we move forward: we must be kind. Kindness isn't just a pleasantry; it's a conscious choice. It is action, it’s a response, it’s a way to live with a focus on doing the right thing, even when it's hard.
