It looks like it was designed by Robert Freeman (info from the V&A).

ANTHOLOGY 9: the Mill rehearsal footage is pure gold. George and Paul working up Real Love face to face, George using open tuning to add that extra jangle to the intro. Ringo deadpanning - "it sounds just like them". They loved being together.
