I’ve avoided a stent thankfully. I was set for surgery on Tuesday morning (having arrived in A&E on Saturday) but we got the pain under control. I passed one today. Two to go. X

Certainly the worst of the pain is over. Just got to pass them now! One down, two to come out. That’s a little painful but nothing like the pain of them moving from the kidney to the bladder. Thanks Terry x

Thank you everyone for all of your well wishes; apologies if I missed replying to some of you - I’ll blame the morphine! Home now: Ralphy cuddles, lots of pain relief meds, naps, reading, and my own bed.

I have three… none have yet passed. Surgery was still an option right up until this morning but managing the pain much better now. Consultant said on Sunday that one stone “still has a long way to come” 😭
