Performance Test Scheduled for Friday (6 Feb, 2026).
It will not be "all of the game" yet, as we're still building on it - it is more of a "is anything broke yet?" and "we would like your feedback" on it. Right now it's just a basic walk-around of RD Labs with some placeholder content.

RD Labs Complete (mostly!) (followup post)
We finally have the last map we need to complete RD Labs - now we are working on filling it with all sorts of goodies. We may get an early performance test. :)

reminder: any AI is temp and will be removed in final release.

Very productive day! We have got just one more map to do (it is a 3-part map, and we are 2 parts done). We have also completed the re-script for room transfers. All we have to do now is put stuff in the rooms then start performance tests, very likely within the next 1 - 2 weeks if not a few days!

Back online
Thank you everybody for your patience while everybody was in travels. The map maker on our team finally is back online with their gear and we can continue the project.
We are still going to try to get out a pre-alpha demo around April and would appreciate any feedback we can get. :)

Many fans of the game have asked today: "Will there eventually be a release on steam of the game?" and the answer is "YES!"
Once chapter 1 of the game gets fully fleshed out, fixed up, all pretty and is viable, there will be a demo of the game on Steam. It will be a while yet, but it is coming!

Update:
We have now completed the framework for RD Labs - 7th floor finally. Our map maker is in the process of moving to another place and said they'll continue working on it once they get settled into their new (albeit temporary) place. All that is left is 4-F and we can get out the basic tests!

Update:
Having talked with our team here at Snow Dragon Studios, we have figured out that we are only 12 maps away from having all of chapter 1's maps built!

We still have a lot of coding and other things to do over the next few months, but this is all do-able (at least when it comes to maps)!

She will join your team in chapter 4, depending on if you complete the chapter 3's ending in time or not.
Ollya's special skill is Adventure - she can carry a teammate into high up places for some great loot!

Quick update! We’re still working on things, but here’s a peek at the new HUD and one of the lounge rooms on floor 3 of RD Labs. Our map maker’s been dealing with anxiety lately, but they’re back to working on it. Progress is slow, but we’re getting there! More to come later this week.

In Chapter 4, your choices will lead you to Ollya Runtwing (a harpy) or Lapina the Norsi (a bunny), leading you to encounter one of these lovely ladies. Either of these can become your allies in the final chapter, or your enemy in chapter 7. Make sure to choose wisely!

This is a fantastic thing to do. It helps bring light to projects and people who are trying to make people smile or show off their products. Word-of-mouth is more powerful than any algorithm.
