Because of the National driver register, since their licenses are suspended, trans folks cannot move to another state and get a new license until they remove the suspension on their existing Kansas license.

They can't even escape this by moving to another state.

A 15' tall duck, composed of painted boards - tan, blue, brown. It has huge yellow feet, the better to rampage with. I snapped this photo as it was in a momentary pause after causing a stampede of terrified townsfolk. Its eye turned to me, and I got the flock outta there.

Today in the neighborhood. We are sheltering in place until this menace is contained.
