yeah, i can see a couple friends here and a couple friends there. But no one fully together in one place. Maybe it's oldheads mode and hunkering down on our own content, but man i miss it.

Maybe it’s just everyone I know who does content is focused on their own thing and the collabs feels sparse. I guess I miss the levels of collabs that went on back in 2021. That’s why I love doing Little Treat shows. Streaming is starting to feel real again cuz of that. Unorganized rant done.

That’s why I’ve been doing way more IRL stuff cuz I know where and how to expect folks. It feels tangible. I want to find a similar feeling with online spaces again but it just isn’t hitting. Anyone else feel similarly?

I'm on my third day of this diet, not too hard, esp knowing it's just temporary, but I already feel relief in my knees, which is exciting! Not sure if gluten, hot sauce, or eggs are the culprit but we'll find out! (i know every body is different so YMMV but curious to hear your experience)

have you or anyone you've know tried an anti-inflammatory diet (ike AIP) to alleviate symptoms from autoimmune disorders like arthritis, Hashimoto's, etc. If so, did it work for you?
