I used Finale waaaaay back in the before-time, and I remember that learning curve. This was a better experience in EVERY conceivable way. Great job!
You guys have done a phenomenal job. I had very, very few issues during the process, and i managed to work through those pretty quickly.
I think it turned out pretty good for a first shot!

I haven’t had to use a music notation app since the turn of the century. So when I needed to rewrite a part to make it a little easier to play on my 80 year old horn, I went to MuseScore because I enjoyed your videos on your work.
I can’t possible be the first person to think of “jet fuel can’t melt Steel Magnolias,” can I?
Finally got around to watching the new Fantastic Four.
If they mass produced HERBIEs, how often do you think they would try to kill their owners or spout pro-HYDRA propaganda?
Of the ones that try to kill their owners, how many of those would be considered clear justifiable homicide?
What “koan,” so to speak, should I recite as I fall asleep to unlock a lucid dream?
The saddest dessert ever conceived by man. Formerly available at Hickory Park in Ames, Iowa.
Looks like people aren’t super big fans of Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem.
Decided to make this a thing in my life as a way to guide my media consumption.
It literally took me a full minute to realize that the ad was not actually part of the Trump scam montage.
@eringloriaryan.bsky.social
Spent the afternoon doing chores and listening to Politics St. Vincent talk about shitty people with her friends and at one point during a mini-montage of failed business/endorsement ventures YouTube slipped in an ad about some scammy real estate timeshare/scheme.
You ask who wants a ride in a car with Placebo?
Me. It’s me. I want that.
Classic Mikeson.
This sounds like a great deal for the Dems. There’s no way Lucy will pull the football away THIS time!
There’s a character who is identified as Welsh. That’s an accent for Gareth. Plenty of old prospector voices. Lots of room for Dave’s deadpan reactions.
Like, this could easily be the story of John Glanton and after an hour of Dave reading atrocities to Gareth he concludes with like “and that’s John Glanton, the guy that they named a reservoir for in New Mexico.”
The real problem I’m having, however, is that I listen to @thedollop.bsky.social. After dozens of episodes set in or around the same tie period, I’m struggling to not think of what the Dollop would be like if the novel had actually happened.
The novel, being Cormac McCarthy, is stark, desolate, and unrelentingly violent. It is a bloody portrait of an old west that has since been heavily sanitized.
I’ve been listening to the audiobook for Blood Meridian. If you’ve never read it, imagine every old west movie that your father in law loves, and imagine what it would be like if it were actually happening.
Conspiracy Theory: Phillies Karen had Charlie Kirk assassinated because people were closing in on her identity.
Is “of” italicized by itself?
Shower thought: If I were a Nazi in 1930s Germany, how confident would I be in the continuity of the regime if I knew that Hitler’s second in command was incapable of ordering donuts like a human being?
However:
It’s more fun to imagine “Fights” as a noun.
E.g. “Yeah, I just scored tickets for the Gamez Law Fights next weekend to see Pusch and Nguyen take on Jim Adler ‘the Texas Hammer.’”
I was driving today and saw a billboard for a personal injury lawyer. This is not a very unusual thing in Houston, or anywhere, I think, but this one said “Gamez Law Fights!”
“Fights,” in this context, is a verb. With the implied full sentence being “Gamez Law fights (for you).”
Saw Ballerina this morning.

How much would it change your perception of Mumm-Ra to learn that he is actually a severe burn victim and is in constant pain?
Linda Perry in the 4 Non Blondes What’s Up music video looks like the witch who prophesied the coming of Rob Zombie.
There is a near 100% chance this pope watched Happy Days.
I don’t know much about the Punisher, but it seems like the MCU’s version’s superpower is Super PTSD.
