It’s appalling behavior.

I hear these same talking points in academia. I always wonder what campaign these people watched. Harris didn’t have a long campaign, but it wasn’t this revisionist culture war fantasy either. Rahm is swimming in misogynoir and enjoying every moment.

Wake up, engage in small acts of resistance, repeat.

Either the courts get to decide who is a “violent criminal” or “gang member”, or Donald Trump gets to decide.

That choice determines whether we are a Republic governed by laws or an autocracy living under a ruler.

I see it. I have lived it. 83 years ago, the U.S. government turned upon a group of its own citizens and residents and sent them to internment camps without due process. I was there among them. American fascism is back. It is here. It is now.
