Also, if you want to get snippy, the first sentence refutes his case. It admits the president’s exercise of this authority is conditional on certain criteria being met. And the court’s ruling is those conditions don’t exist in Oregon.

I think it hasn't quite sunk in yet with the political class how much chaos there will be in a system where the executive branch can just spend however it wants, without regard to the will of Congress. I think at least some Democrats are starting to get it.

We should probably worry
less about what counts as pro-life in American discourse
