Hobby streak day 20, added a coat of varnish to the Corn™ Marines and spotted on some agrax earth shade. Next thing for this bunch will be blood effects.

So this is the thing about painting minis. And this is coming from someone who has no natural artistic talent but now picks up the occasional gong. You have to start somewhere. Focus on neatness and then get help with technique. And don’t listen to people who’d shit on you for starting out.

Finally sat down to complete the tedious and pain staking task of another galaxy cape. This time for the one and only #Ahriman. I’d say my second attempt topped my first and I’m quite pleased with it. #ThousandSons

My favorite part of painting #Quar is choosing a skin color. That’s why I tend to start with that.
I prefer a wide variety of colors like shown on the box art and in the rules artwork.
