My rant for the morning. It was more than just an app. Many people used it for many different reasons. TikTok provided the opportunity to connect with a community that shared your interests. Whether it was books, mom life, travel, animals, you name it. Let people be sad.
I am sad because I found my book friends over there…as someone that reads books basically alone I wanted to be able to connect with people that read the books I loved…my booktok community helped me find my place..
TikTok went dark last night but waking up to this release is the comfort I needed.
