Some states have been covering for the lack of funding from their own contingency funds; incl. Maine, where we live. Then today I just read that Trump has ordered the states to not do that. What an absolute monster. It's as if he wants starving people to riot so that he has an excuse send in troops.

I truly appreciate your efforts with that proposal, but I don't understand how ANY plan will work if Johnson won't bring the House into session. Your bill that includes the insurance fix will need to go back to the House for a vote, but there is no lower chamber anymore. They'd rather protect Pedos.

RE: the money for the Epstein ballroom. It must not be coming in very fast for that because the contractor who demolished the East Wing has been saying he hasn't been paid.

Yeah. I've been wondering about that lawsuit too. Even if the judge swears her in, nothing would happen until the House is called back into session. I'm sure there are men that are willing for our government to die to keep their secrets hidden.

I don't see how this ends. There are other powerful men on the list besides Trump. It would make sense that they are exerting maximum pressure to bury this story. What if he never opens the House for business? Can Johnson be removed as Speaker without the chamber ever coming back into session??
