after reading a ton of trial reports, whether a study is industry funded versus academic can almost perfectly predict whether there is a CONSORT diagram....which i think is weird.

I am reading a trial in a certain journal and it just absolutely floors me that the methods come AFTER the references and a full list of all the very important trial authors. WTH?
