Bluesky has reminded me how bullshit it is that we've all gotten used to every other social media app just randomly refreshing the feed while you're currently looking at something. Like, can't you figure out better ways to drive engagement that aren't just sabotaging the user experience?

You have to make it because you want to see it exist in the world. It’s gotta annoy you a little that it doesn’t exist, and you gotta do it for yourself.

We feel this here in Ireland too, a lot needs to change for animation recover and the shackles of American whims need to be loosened. The next few years look bleak but we gotta hope for the future
