Quitting the Skinner Box that is World of Tanks once again. Not sure why I ever went back. Playing well (or having a good game by chance, perhaps a better scenario) is a great dopamine rush but not worth the time investment and obsession.

There were very regular updates for a long time (I’m on the patreon) though it’s gone a bit quieter recently. Can’t wait to play the finished ver!

In Germany they call it “dunkelflaute”, the dark doldrums… it’s been awful hasn’t it! The sun!

Mostly detached from EVE nowadays but this is a hypnotic video, showing one of the largest groups of players in the game moving just a fraction of their ships and assets across the game world. Multiple millions of dollars of assets, built up over 20 years.

Wrote a .mel script for the first time in about 12 years - the muscle memory of “space bar = cycle tools” from Unreal was unbreakable, so I had to recreate the behaviour in Maya. And it works! I am invincible!
