I haven't been on here for a few days but I'm going to agree to disagree. I don't see piracy as stealing. It's no different than when we used to record songs from the radio or broadcast TV shows back in the day. Companies just don't like it because they assume ppl would have paid anyway.

These days I have a very love/hate relationship with Nintendo. I love their games but still don't want to play on their hardware. Even more so with how they are bullying their customers these days, but the game quality in my opinion can't be denied. Thank goodness for emulation. #Nintendo

I've been playing Shadow Blade Tactics: Swords of the Shogun. The game is a challenging but fun tactical stealth game. Story is good too and fully voice acted. It's an indie so prepare for that but it came out in 2016 so it's dirt cheap most of the time.

Good to hear. I was speaking with a friend of mine the other day on a 4090 who tried it and said it was really bad for him. I hope it gets better for Nvidia users. For everyone really.

Bazzite is very similar to Steam OS. It was meant to mimic it for desktop hardware. Be aware though it runs like ass on Nvidia gpus. That's what friends have told me. I have a 7900 XT and it's been fantastic for me.

I am running on Bazzite. At times I forget I am running am not running on Windows. Stuff tends to just work. I got the Sims 2 to run on here. The only concern you may have is multiplayer but I mostly play SP rpgs and strategy games. Wine and Proton are amazing.

Probably, but I would love to see how the tables turned if PlayStation went day and date on PC for their big titles instead of waiting 2 years and then releasing them. Chances are the bulk of ppl who were excited to play the game already have by then hence lower sales.

This market is not going back to a world of high walled gardens and expensive barriers to player entry. Not in a market that is this competitive, with so much content that is widely available on any device, which is, quite often, free-to-play.

The console wars have been over for a while. Let it go.

If you want to still think it's 2005 and there's a group of video game players out there who are going to move away from their preferred platforms on which some have accumulated nearly 20 years of content in their libraries and buy an entirely new system to play one game, well, have fun with that.

Why not just plug the PC into a TV? Get one of those small form factor console size cases and have your PC boot directly into Steam? Best of both worlds.

I switched to PC after the Xbox One reveal. It was one of the best gaming moves I have ever made. Once I made the switch is made me realize just how hard they were taking advantage of you on consoles and it's only gotten worse. You will need a little tech know how but it's great once it clicks.

Ironically. I just moved my PC to Linux and I have less game compatibility issues on Linux than I did on Windows. Idk why that works out how it does lol
