The full HUD looks good! The only suggestion I would make is potentially making the HP value a larger font size than the surrounding values just to emphasize that it is a more “important” value

Oh, gotcha! I was assuming that the clip was with full HUD, but if there’s more indicators then it’s likely fine unless you wanna go for dramatic visuals lol

If you know where to look, it’s a good duration! With almost no accompanying feedback (screen shake, a flash, distinguishing sound (I had the video muted so if you have that my b)), it did take me a few watches to know exactly what to look for though. I’m also not great at card games ^^’

Toggleable screen shake slider in the UI settings, or you could do a screen shatter/lightning effect around the edges to indicate damage. It was a bit difficult to tell when you were actually taking damage, so maybe even a floating damage value peeling off your total HP as well?

pls someone tell me if the artist has a bsky, I've got no tag to work with here and reverse image searching sucks/never works for me

the face isn't exactly the shape I wanted, but it works for now

decided I wanted to make a base model inspired by this image (Google didn't have the artist tag, someone pls tell me). Just gotta make the hands and then I can start texturing, rigging, and posing for a render. Progress picture soon!

I planned for hats, other gamemodes, and a whole scoring system to be implemented.

I'm putting it on the backburner as it was mostly a break project, but also because I'd need to figure out cheap server hosting off a dedicated platform or find a reliable P2P method for non-local hosting

So, about that project I mentioned earlier:

I started on a proof-of-concept #multiplayer #game where you play as Puck-i, a non-descript automated vacuum (read: roomba), and the items you vacuum in game give you power-ups (read: Kirby).
