How can Cuono Esposito, the husband of Lucia Bianco and son of Pascale Esposito and Rosa di Bouno, die in 1849, and then in 1856 Cuono Esposito, the widower of Lucia di Bianco and son of Pascale and Rosa di Buono, marry Angelarosa Castaldo?

Timelines & details — If Asa Spencer moved to Campton in 1770, why would you assume his children born before then were born in Campton? The birth records, created on 27 December 1905, list the birthplace of the children born after 1770 as Campton, but leave it blank for those born before. #genealogy
Private Asa Spencer, of the 3rd NH Reg, probably did not die in Saratoga, New York, on 7 March 1778. Following the facts instead of what others have written led to the truth. valleyforgemusterroll.org/soldier-deta... #genealogy

I started on Substack 24 June 2022. I started by attaching PDFs, now I’m going back and changing them to Posts. I’m done tweaking my first post From Scafati to Acerra to Chicago: The Ancestors of Antonio Brasile Parts One and Two. yourfamilyquest.substack.com/p/from-scafa... #genealogy

I've reached out to several local libraries for articles and obituaries. If you know the date and page number, they are usually happy to send it to you. You don't need to deal with the copyright issues with the online newspaper services if it comes from the library's microfilm collection.
Take the challenge of organizing your research by creating a dedicated research log for each family you’re researching! Whether it’s digital or paper, make sure to back it up, jot down your notes, and keep everything in one place for each family. Ready to tackle the chaos? Let’s do this! #genealogy
I like to randomly write about people buried in the Woodlawn Cemetery, Nashua, New Hampshire, and so far, they have always been a relative according to FamilySearch. However, FamilySearch thinks I’m related to pretty much everyone. yourfamilyquest.substack.com/t/woodlawn-c... #genealogy
I recommend genstackcoterie.substack.com I’m working on my April Substack post. I thought of two ideas to add social history to my April post. GenStack Coterie introduced me to Notion, so I put them there, and now I don’t have to think about it until Monday.
The Shelburne, Chitenden, Vermont, Index to Vital Records is made up of a bunch of index cards. Among them is a Certificate of Birth for my relative. I would have missed out if I had just used the transcript - she is Jeannete May on the certificate and Mary Gennett on the index card. #genealogy
I finished The Farmer’s Wife Sampler Quilt - both the book and the quilt. I even used some of the social history I learned when writing about my female ancestors during the 31 days of March. yourfamilyquest.substack.com/p/the-farmer...
Free until April 11. Robyn Smith did an excellent presentation on adding social history to breathe life into our genealogical writing. #TellTheirStory I made lots of notes on her presentation as she recommended sources I haven't used and new ways to use sources I know. #genealogy

The Ancestral Women 31-Day Challenge is done. I had the names and dates but not the stories. Now I have a little insight into the lives of 31 of my direct female Ancestors (and a 2nd & 3rd great-aunt). yourfamilyquest.substack.com/p/rosalia-mu...

The Jennett project part 2 stalled. After walking away from it for 2 months, when I started writing again, the stories began to flow. Now it needs a trip to the public library to fill in some holes before being polished and published as my April Substack post. #genealogy yourfamilyquest.substack.com

Again thanks @genstack.bsky.social for the 31-day female ancestor challenge. I have work to do.
On FamilySearch, the parents married abt 1853, but they are married on the 1850 census. On FS their son was born in 1854 which matches the gravestone, but early census records put his birth abt 1851.
