I heard this news midway thru our pack’s Blue & Gold ceremony tonight. I’m sick over it. Our pack is progressive, with many LGBTQ+ kids and parents, and together, we work to do good in our community. My experience had upended my assumptions about Scouts; this announcement confirms the worst of them.

Interesting post about the coordinated anti-AOC smear campaign. It's 2016 again! Fake local news outlets on Facebook getting picked up until eventually it winds up in the Washington Post.

My MIL spent six weeks on a ventilator before dying from COVID, pre-vaccine, at age 67. My husband was the only person allowed to visit her, and he managed the iPad so that our family could say goodbye. He had that gut-wrenching experience twice, since she held on longer than expected. (1/2)
