CONGRATULATIONS to both Jannik Sinner & Iga Swiatek on their Singles victories & to everyone else who won the many other titles contested over the 14 days.

While I am sad it is over, it has been nice to have some sport to watch.

GAME, SET, MATCH & 2025 MEN'S SINGLES CHAMPION

JANNIK SINNER is the 2025 Men's Singles Champion after a 4-6 6-4 6-4 6-4 victory over Carlos Alcaraz in 4 sets.

He becomes the first player to beat Carlos at Wimbledon since 2022 and the first Italian to win the title.

Jannik Sinner takes the lead. Yet again, just a single break of serve was needed to get the advantage. Back to the wall stiuf now for Carlos.

It's 1 set each in the Final. Sinner reacted to losing the first instantly breaking Alcaraz hat other start of the set and then managed to hold his serve the rest of the way.

After 1 break each halfway through the set, Carlos manages to get a second break at a crucial point to take the first set and give home the early advantage.

IGA SWIATEK is this year's Ladies Singles Champion.

She produced a near flawless performance against a nervous Anisimova to run out a 6-0 6-0 winner in 57 minutes.

She now has a 6-0 record in Grand Slam Finals.

World Number One Jannik Sinner is through to Sunday's Final after a 6-3 6-3 6-4 win over Novak Djokovic.

He will take on Carlos Alcaraz who came through his match with Taylor Fritz in 4 sets earlier.

SWIATEK IS IN THE FINAL

Iga Swiatek is in Saturday's Women's Singles Final after she runs out a 6-2, 6-0 winner over Bencic on Centre Court.

Her opponent on Saturday will be Anisimova who got the better of World Number One Sabalenka earlier.

We are down to the last 4.

The next 2 days will decide who will compete on the Finals over the weekend.

DJOKOVIC ADVANCES

Novak is the last man through to the Semi-Finals.

He, like in the 4th round, had to come back from a set down to win in 4 sets.

He wins 6-7 (6-8), 6-2, 7-5, 6-4.

His opponent on Friday will be Jannik Sinner.

Not to be for Cameron Norrie on this occasion as he falls in straight sets to the defending champion.

Carlos wins 6-2, 6-3, 6-3 to setup a Semi-Final meeting with American Taylor Fritz.

We now have our Quarter-Final lineups after the conclusion of the 4th round.

Exciting action ahead over the next 2 days.

Hopefully Dimitrov heals up soon, such a shame given the way the match was unfolding.
