Important lab discussion on adjectives used to describe lots of genomes. We're leaning towards the Starbucks route, as one lab member put it "A venti pan genome is a pan genome made with > 20 assemblies"

It's not that there aren't safety concerns with e-bikes, but as the statement notes, crashes with e-bikes are far less likely to be fatal. And also, so many of these incidents are the result of shitty infrastructure that creates conflicts between bikes and pedestrians because cars own the roads.

Imagine if we reacted to daily car crashes causing death and serious injury with the same urgency and hand-wringing as those involving e-bikes.
