It's wild to me how such a broad title can be applied to an analysis of a very specific set of exposures. Nearly every sentence of the abstract is so broad there's no meaningful inference...

I commuting by rail from Providence to Boston during that winter. They got so much snow that they had to truck it off and dump it somewhere. They made a giant mound in a vacant lot next to one of the train stations. It finally melted in July.
