What if matter is just higher-dimensional consciousness 'frozen' into a rigid form in a lower-dimensional reality? Higher-dimensional consciousness might exists all around us, in more fluid states, like liquid or gas, that have more degrees of freedom compared to the 'ice' of matter.

Good question. Dreams are difficult to fit into this picture. Not sure whether they represent a peak into a higher dimension or if they are just figments of the imagination. There might be no meaningful distinction between the two from the point of view of a higher dimension though.

Higher-dimensional beings could then be able to travel through time. This raises the wild possibility of "timeline engineers" who strategically influence history. UFOs, as higher-dimensional projections, might allow this kind of time travel. A Tim-Taylor-style Adjustment Bureau might be a reality.

So when we say UFOs look 3-D printed, maybe what we should be saying is that they are H-D projected.

A higher-dimensional being wouldn't just cast a "shadow" in our 3D space. Instead, it might be able to project a holographic reality into our universe. This projection wouldn't just be an outline; it would have all the physical properties of a 3D object, including its chemical composition.

Just like we make 2D shadow theater with our hands, could higher-dimensional beings project shape-shifting 3D shadows in our reality? Their shape-shifting forms might just be projections from dimensions beyond our own. Might explain objects changing shape.

Would be surprising that Schumer and Gillibrand want to give more power to Thiel who is one of the biggest donors of Republicans.

Pretend they care in order to have the trust of whistleblowers, so they can map them, pass their names to CIA, and pressure them to keep quiet? They might be trying to intercept whistleblowers before they go public to burn them.

Not particularly helpful though. Do you have instead insights on what's they're game then? What are they trying to accomplish if they're not genuinely interested in disclosure (which I also doubt).

Yeah. I think this is the wrong attitude. You cannot be frozen by the fear of trusting the wrong person. At a certain moment you need to make an assessment of the actors involved in disclosure and then build from there. Always open to change your mind, but you gotta start from somewhere.
