The recent Executive order defining “gender” as binary (male/female), uses a very OLD concept that sex is defined by the presence of gonads at birth. The reality, none of those exist at CONCEPTION zygotes are female. This makes Donald J. Trump by legal definition, the FIRST WOMAN PRESIDENT!
