ROSALINA AND LUMA - Tug’s Super Mario Fanart

My favourite of the princesses and my favourite Mario character!!! Luma is also cute!

For some reason, the recent screenshot of small Rosalina put me in mind of a scenario where kid Rosa investigates a noise in her house at 3 in the morning

With everything seated and ready, it was time to begin the makeover.

. . . Which meant very little input on the princess' part. This hardly bothered her, though.

"I'm eager to see the end result. You have quite a sense of style."

While not as active as the observatory's other domes, a few of the star children were still present. Rosalina still personally said hello to each and every one.

"There's plenty of benches and tables we can sit at. Wherever you think is best for our activity, I shall follow."

The garden will be calm enough for you to focus."

She approaches Edge before waving her wand. A bright blue sphere then surrounded the duo to softly fly them out from the library and to the highest point of the observatory; where the garden's entrance dome lay.

"After you, Edge."

A hand rested on her own cheek as she studied the box's contents.
"I've never considered changing my look so drastically in, well...

I cut my bangs short as a teenager once."

( . . . How many universe cycles ago was that? 💧 )

"Whatever the case, I'll gladly participate. We can match!"

"The metaphorical door is always open for you. I'll even prepare a room just for you whenever you wish to stay."

Some decorative advice may be required, given Edge's taste..

Speaking of which...

Blue eyes gazed down at the box. Curiosity was inevitable.

"Hm? Now what's this you have?"

Now, she could give her full attention.

"It's wonderful to see you again."

"Hello, Edge." Chuckled the cosmic princess before even turning around.

She'd heard the commotion outside. Context clues filled her in on who was visiting.

A quick wave of the wand sorted the last of the books in her arms. Normally, she liked to do the work by hand, but her daughter was here!

Lumas and Sparks alike were excited for the Rabbid's arrival, greeting and guiding her towards the Observatory's library where Rosalina was located.

She's sorting books right now.

She sighed, stoic sadness in her voice.

She seems to grip her wand just a bit tighter..

"Are they on your mind again?"

"Edge? What troubles you?"

As Rosalina takes a seat beside the rabbid, into Edge's lap goes the little snack bag. A hand ruffles her hair gently.

"I brought these for you. Fresh from the observatory's garden.

I.. considered star bits... But you do not share the same appetite as a growing star, I assume."

A small chuckle!

She waited until Edge had taken a break to make her presence known, approaching with a little bag of fruit.

Normally, she'd bring a snack like a few cookies or star bits... but sweets would be a tad counterproductive to the exercise, wouldn't they?

"Greetings, Edge.. Are you well?"

And the space-goddess is quietly observing nearby.

Here to be supportive... even if she doesn't quite understand the exercise process.
