Here in the Hudson Valley, we're at the forefront of a historic PUBLIC POWER fight to replace Central Hudson with a publicly-owned utility. We can build enough to power to win this only when supporters like you organize with us and become leaders of this movement.

ICE arrests Afghan refugee living in New Paltz after asylum hearing Ali Faqirzada, who resettled with his family in Ulster County in 2022, was detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents on Tuesday.

Last night, after hearing moving public comment from Kingston workers and tenants calling for solutions to the housing crisis, the Kingston Common Council unanimously passed resolutions in support of Green Social Housing (PASHNY) and Rent Stabilization (REST)!
