Y’all! The woman in Chicago who was shot by ICE after allegedly ramming agents with her car didn’t do it.
Body-cam footage shows the opposite. The ICE agent rammed her then jumped out, and started shooting. Video posted on social media forced them to release their footage.

While the National Guard was called up during some of the Vietnam riots, the Insurrection Act was not invoked. During my lifetime, January 6th, 2021 is the only time I believe the Insurrection Act should have been used.
