My favourite moments of this iteration of the ”US-Russia peace plan” were:

1. Dmitriev leaking it
2. The points admitting that Russia does kidnap Ukrainian children
3. The points including that Ukraine shouldn’t hit Moscow or St Petersburg ”without a cause”

I have read nothing to indicate that it’s any different this time than in February/March, May, and August. The Trump admin is serving the same nothingburger for the fourth time. Media and analysts haven’t learned to see through the noise.
