for the love of god, AI systems aren't "just tools that are neither good nor evil in and of themselves". AI systems *are* tools of capitalism. they exist as tools of capitalism. there is no AI system "in and of itself" outside of capitalism

America doesn’t care about Europe any
more and it’s left it to Russia as it draws up a new autocratic world order with it and China. Breaking Europe apart with scams like Brexit was the prelude to that. Labour won’t be forgiven for not pushing to mend fences with Europe earlier.
