Massive pine tree heavily bogged down with snow. There are several maple trees in the back ground also snow covered. The sky is very cloudy with a hint of sunlight. This picture was take just after dawn.

Piece of brown bread with the perfect amount of smooth peanut better and strawberry jam. Bread is sitting on a wood table. In the background are two pieces of a bento style lunchbox. Start of kitchen renovation. Backsplash installation. Thin glass tiles that are white, grey, and clear running horizontally. Counter below backsplash is white, grey, and black. Cupboards above and below are oak with awful hardware. There is a bucket of tile goo on the counter sitting on its side.

My partner decided to put up a new backsplash this weekend. What a difference. Time to put the kitchen back together. 👎🏼

Adulting hard today. Paid off our van. Apparently the bank doesn’t send you a prize or anything. We just get to keep the 7yr old caravan. I feel a bit let down.
