Was it locked away or extremely uncommon? I'm only curious because I had this shiny Garchomp spawn at home last year, as far as I can tell there wasn't a corresponding event that boosted encounters. Could be wrong though!

This was a rough composite I made of 30(?)ish individual frames, you can see how the fast the tail was changing over the course of 30 minutes :)
