As a late-middle-aged suburban white guy I am probably not Bad Bunny’s target audience. Hadn’t heard him before. Liked it. Wasn’t, like, I’m going to stop listening to opera and Bon Jovi and the Cars and stuff and but I would definitely listen again, and I can’t see how anyone would DISLIKE it.

I don't get it. I mean, the emails sure seem to be show a lot of conspiring going on. And who was thought that the bad thing was the blackmailing, as opposed to the sex trafficking?

(Dkt. #169 at 4). Mr. Feldman persisted. A few days prior to the Court's hearing on the Order to Show Cause, Mr. Feldman submitted a proposed reply brief in further support of Affable's motion to dismiss. Once again, his brief contained false citations. And at the August 22, 2025 hearing, Mr. Feldman was unable to respond directly to, much less answer, the Court's questioning about his submissions. Mr. Feldman has not, and apparently cannot, learn from his mistakes. And while the Court does not oppose the use of Al to assist in legal research and writing, it must take a stand where, as here, counsel repeatedly files submissions with false citations because counsel refuses to verify those submissions. This Court can do no more. For the reasons that follow, the Court sanctions Mr. Feldman pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11 and the Court's inherent powers by striking Affable's submissions and entering default judgment against it.

Wow, lots of questions! 😀 Let me share some more about the game (brag a bit).

First, I made this game with student RAs in a game-design workshop. They largely volunteered their time to do it and were great. It’s much improved because of their hard work and humor.

I’m working on a pedagogy article about the game and about the game design workshop.

And I plan to publish it through @thegamecrafter.bsky.social later this year.

I’ve used the game in my Civ Pro classes. (Students tell me it’s fun and helpful.)

I’ve taken it to conferences. (Civ Pro profs at SEALS seemed to like it, and it won an award at the Serious Play conference.)
