Oh yeah no the receptionist was just full of shit. The pharmacy that received it just didn’t do anything. She just didn’t want to admit that the doctor had sent it to the wrong place.
Got a new hole poked in my face today. Been wanting this for over a year and finally made it happen. I love it!
and ask for their fax number, which ISN’T where doc had sent my script yesterday. Then I had to call the doc’s office back to give them the right fax number. Receptionist had the balls to say to me “oh yes that’s where he sent it, it must have glitched and gone to the other pharmacy”

Called pharmacy 4x yesterday. They didn’t get it, docs office closed at noon so couldn’t call them back. Called first thing this am to find out why script never got sent. Turns out, they sent it to the wrong pharmacy, which I found out bc the doc’s receptionist insisted I call the right pharm… 2/3
Aarrghggg I’m so frustrated right now. Waited weeks to get a phone appt with my new GP (old one retired in Dec) and got the prescription I wanted. Doc was clearly not interested in my care & wanted the call over as fast as possible. Said he’d fax my script to the pharmacy I told him. 1/3
