for the toppings i had an egg, spring onion, furikake and togarashi

add some water to lighten up the sauce, and mix it up.
then add your rinsed konjac noodles and mix the noodles in with the sauce.
keep the pan on medium heat until most of the liquid is gone.
when a little moisture is left, bring down the heat to a low until all the excess liquid evaporates

quarter a bell pepper, 2 shallots
fry them with a bit of olive oil spray until their smell comes out.
then add a teaspoon of garlic and mix it until it turns colors

then add 1 tbsp of miso, 1tbsp of gochujang, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of oyster sauce and a tsp of sesame paste
